Neoseal SR 609 Adhesive
NeoSeal® SR 609 adhesive is a synthetic rubber-based adhesive that provides strong bonding strength. It does not contain benzene or hazardous materials. This adhesive is known for its excellent spreadability and fast-drying properties.

Packing Size
- NeoSeal® SR 609 adhesive is available in various packing sizes, including 200ml, 500ml, 1Ltr., 5Ltr., and 25Ltr. in metal cans.
- Shelf Life and Storage : The adhesive has a shelf life of 1 year when stored in tightly sealed containers between 2°C and 40°C.
Application Guidelines
- Surfaces to be bonded should be free from oil, grease, dust, and dirt.
- Stir the adhesive properly before use.
- Apply a thin layer of adhesive on the joining area of both substrates using a brush, spatula, or appropriate tool.
- When one of the substrates is more porous, apply adhesive on this surface last.
- When bonding glass wool or insulation, apply adhesive only on the duct/pipe/concrete substrate, not on the insulation material.
- Wait for 3 to 5 minutes for solvent evaporation and tack development (when the adhesive becomes touch dry).
- Align the joining area properly and press firmly to avoid air bubbles.
- The optimum bond strength is achieved after 24 hours of drying.

- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Avoid contact with the eyes and skin. In case of contact, wash immediately with soap and warm water.
- Avoid breathing vapor or mist.
- Use proper ventilation or forced air in the application area.
